Track your mail-in repair
Important: To avoid delays or cancellation, send your device for repair on or before the date on the shipping label. Check your email regularly for messages that need your attention.- After you send your device for repair:
- When the Repair center receives your mailed-in repair, updates appear on your Google Store Repair history.
- Allow 2–3 days for your device to arrive at the center.
- It takes up to 10 business days for the mail-in process to complete and return to you.
- If you request a prepaid shipping package, you’ll receive it within 2 business days.
- For pending or declined updates:
- If your repair order needs an update after inspection, you'll receive an email that asks for approval with a subject line: “Action needed: Approve changes to repair order immediately, RMA# xxx.”
- You have 10 days to approve or decline the update.
- If you don't respond within 10 days, or if you decline the update, the repair cancels and your device returns to you without any fix.
- After you approve the final cost and complete checkout, the order will be completed in up to 3 business days.
