Get repair status updates
Track your mail-in repair
- After you send your item for repair:
- After we receive your mailed-in repair, updates start to appear on your Google Store Repair history. Allow 2–3 days for your device to be delivered to us.
- Allow up to 10 business days for the mail-in process to be completed and returned to you.
- If you request a prepaid shipping package, we’ll send it in up to 2 business days.
- For pending or declined updates:
- If your repair order needs an update after our inspection, you'll be asked for approval in an email with a subject line: “Action needed: Approve changes to repair order immediately, RMA# xxx.”
- You have 10 days to approve or decline the update.
- If you decline the update, your device won’t be repaired and it'll be returned in up to 2 business days.
- After you approve the final cost and complete checkout, the order will be completed in up to 3 business days.
Check your walk-in repair
To get updates on your walk-in repair, contact the repair partner you visited. If you gave the repair partner the email address tied to your Google Account, your walk-in repair information will also be in your Google Store Repair history.
Tip: If your Google Store Repair history isn’t updated yet, it might still be in process or delayed.
Find your shipping status
To get tracking information and updates on your mail-in repair, check your Google Store Repair history. You can also use tracking numbers or tracking links from your carrier to get repair updates.
You can also track your shipping kit in your Google Store Order history.
For prepaid packaging: Check emails from the Google Store that have tracking links. You can also check your Google Store Order history.
Find Order history or Repair history
- Sign in to store.google.com.
- At the top right, select User
.
- Select what you want to find:
- To go to “Order history,” select Orders.
- To go to “Repair history,” select Repairs.
