Track your repair or replacement device delivery through your Google Store Repair history and the BlueDart website.
Understand the delivery process
Important: Google Store can’t schedule or reschedule pickups. For mail-in repairs that require Google packaging, schedule a separate pickup appointment after the packaging arrives. You’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) to claim the Google packaging.
After you create a replacement return merchandise authorization (RMA), Google’s carrier partner BlueDart contacts you to schedule a device pickup.
Prepare for your device pickup
- Pack your device properly to prevent damage during shipping.
- BlueDart will provide a shipping label to put on the package.
Track your device after pickup
After BlueDart picks up your device, you can track your device through:
- The BlueDart website with your tracking number.
- Your Google Store Repair history.
