Track your repair or replacement device delivery through your Google Store repair history and the BlueDart website.
Understand the delivery process
Important: Google Store can't schedule or reschedule collections. For mail-in repairs that require Google packaging, schedule a separate collection appointment after the parcel arrives. You'll receive a one-time password (OTP) to claim the Google packaging.
Once you create a replacement return merchandise authorisation (RMA), Google's carrier partner BlueDart contacts you to schedule a device collection.
Prepare for your device collection
- Pack your device properly to prevent damage during delivery.
- BlueDart will provide a delivery label to put on the parcel.
Track your device after collection
Once BlueDart collect up your device, you can track your device through:
- The BlueDart website with your tracking number.
- Your Google Store repair history.
