Review regions and fix issues
In order to use the regions feature, each of your regions must meet the minimum requirements.
If you don't meet the minimum requirements, you'll notice an error message, with details in the 'Issue' column on the 'Regions' page. You can filter your regions by issue or manually address them one by one. Once you've satisfied the necessary requirements, the error messages will disappear.
Price and availability mismatch
Below are common causes for incorrect regional price or availability:
- Delayed product data source updates.
- Microdata doesn't match the landing page or Merchant Center product data source.
- IP geolocation is used on the landing page.
- Regional settings are incorrect.
To mitigate delays in data source updates, we recommend that you schedule data source uploads or updates through the Content API or Merchant API immediately after the products have been updated on your website. If the price or availability status of your products changes very frequently, we recommend that you upload the data source more often, update the changed data only or consider using the API, which allows you to update individual products.
To check the price or availability mismatch examples, follow these steps:
- In your Merchant Center account, select Products from the left navigation panel.
- Navigate to the Needs attention tab, where you can view the list of current issues.
- Select the drop-down toggle of the issue title 'Mismatched regional price' or 'Mismatched regional availability'.
- The page will open up with an example of the offer that has a mismatch.
- Select View issue details to check more issues and then select View samples of impacted products.
- To request a review of the issues, visit Request a review of your issues.

Unsupported destination based on regional settings
This is an item-level warning that indicates that you're targeting some serving destinations that aren't supported for regional offers. Your offers will still continue to be served everywhere that regional offers are supported.
