| Advertiser (declared) | The company name advertised in the creative as declared in the bid response. |

|
| Network policy compliance (excluding China and Russia) |
Your creative's review status for open auction, private auction, and auction package.
Network policy covers prohibited content, prohibited practices, restricted content and features, and editorial and technical standards. This set of policies is enforced by default for Google Ads on its ad network, and is more restrictive. |
| Platform policy compliance (excluding China and Russia) |
(For Open Bidding) Your creative's review status for open auction.
Platform Programs Policy is always applied and covers general concerns, such as malware and illegal behavior. |
| Policy topics | Relevant disapproval reasons for a given creative. Depending on the type of disapproval reason, you may be able to view further details by clicking on each creative. |
| Last update | The date that the creative was last modified/updated. |
| Format | The format of the creative. Either “Native”, “Video”, “Banner”, or "Audio". |
| Filtered bids | The total number of bids that were filtered. |
| Opportunity cost |
The additional amount the bidder would transact if the bids with this creative were not filtered due to publisher controls, policies, and so forth. By default, the creative information is sorted by descending opportunity cost. This allows for prioritization of troubleshooting creatives where filtering impact is greatest. |

Expand all Collapse allDisapproved creatives
Disapproved creatives will not serve on Authorized Buyers. Creative disapproval can often be addressed. Review disapproval reasons listed for the creative and try to implement a solution (for example, add a contrasting border around the creative).
There are three ways to get disapproved ads reviewed to be eligible for auction.
- REST API: Submit a creative re-review request by using the REST API.
- RTB BidResponse: Once you have fixed a disapproved creative, submit a new (versioned) creative ID through a bid response. This will ensure that the creative is automatically reviewed by our verification system.
- Manual request: If you are unable to re-submit creatives through the REST API or a bid response, contact your Authorized Buyers support team to manually request a creative re-review.
Note: Creatives running on Open Auction inventory and in a Preferred Deal have two separate statuses available in Authorized Buyers tools and the REST API (v1.4 and later).
Your creative may be:
- Disapproved for Open Auction serving, but
- Approved, or conditionally approved, for serving in a Preferred Deal
Supported languages
Authorized Buyers supports creatives in many different languages. Only creatives in the supported languages will be approved for serving.
