Payment errors
You might encounter an error message when you try to pay with UPI. Here are some common errors and what they mean:
- Transaction failed: This means the payment didn't go through. It could be because of a problem with your payment method, the payment app, or your internet connection. Try again or use a different option to pay.
- Wrong UPI PIN: You need a secret code called a "UPI PIN" to make payments. The payment will fail if you enter the wrong PIN. Try again with the correct PIN or choose another way to pay.
