Understand how to receive a Google Store package.
Receive your package
The delivery courier BlueDart requires the use of a One-Time Password (OTP) when they deliver a Google Store package. When the courier arrives at your address, they’ll send an OTP to the phone number provided at time of checkout. They can’t complete the delivery if you can’t provide the correct OTP.
If someone else will receive the order, make sure the recipient has access to the phone number specified when you placed the order to receive the OTP.
Handle missed or failed deliveries
If the courier can’t deliver on the first attempt, BlueDart will contact you to reschedule the delivery.
If the courier can’t deliver or the recipient can’t receive the order after 3 attempts:
- The package will be sent back to Google.
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method used after the package is returned to Google and inspected.
Fix OTP issues
If you or the courier experience OTP issues, contact BlueDart immediately.
