Change the shipping speed
After you place an order, you can't change the shipping speed selected at checkout. However, some delivery carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Yamato may allow you to schedule specific delivery dates or requests to hold your package at a local location so you can pick it up. Change the payment method or items in your order
When your order is placed, you can't change the payment method or items in your order. To reorder with the correct payment method or items, cancel your order. If it's too late to cancel, you can:
- Refuse the delivery
- Return it within 15 days after delivery
