Replace Google Store orders delivered to the wrong address

 

The delivery courier BlueDart requires a face-to-face delivery with a One-Time Password (OTP), so they can't deliver your Google Store package to the wrong address. If you used a wrong address at checkout:

  1. Cancel your order. If you don’t see the option in your Order details page, contact Google Store support for help.
  2. Place a new order for the correct address.

Neither Google nor BlueDart can help with address changes. Learn more about how to receive a Google Store package.

If your order was delivered to the wrong address, please contact Google Store Support. A replacement may be approved.

Request a replacement

Before you start: Find your shipping address in your Google Pay profile and note any changes you might have made before or after your order was placed.

You can’t order a replacement if:

  • You changed your address after you placed an order and the order was delivered to the old address.
  • You changed your address when you placed the order and it was delivered to the new address but you wanted it delivered to your old address.

Tip: To change your shipping address for a shipment that hasn’t been delivered, learn how to cancel or change an order.
