After you buy an item from the Google Store, you can’t change the shipping address. Instead, you can:

Cancel your order.

If you don’t find the option in your Order details page, contact Google Store support for help.

Place a new order for the new address.
BlueDart also doesn’t support address changes.
When you buy an item from the Google Store, you may change the shipping address of your order within an hour upon checkout.
Change your shipping address
Edit Shipping address | Google Store
- Go to your Google Store "Order history" page.
- Find the shipment that you want to change.
- Select View or edit order.
- At the bottom of the "Order details" page, go to the Ship to section.
- Select Edit.
- If you don’t find this option, it’s too late to change the shipping address on Google Store. Refer to If you don’t see the option to change the address.
- Choose your new shipping address.
- If the address you want isn’t there, select Add another address.
- Select Confirm.
You’ll get an email that confirms your shipping address change.
Tips:
- If you have multiple shipments, you must change the address for each shipment.
- For users in Japan: Any address change will reset your scheduled delivery time slot. Once you receive a shipment confirmation email, you can schedule another delivery time slot through the Yamato website.
If you don't find the option to change the address
Once you receive a shipment confirmation email, you can use the carrier’s customization services, if available:
- Fedex, UPS, DHL, or Yamato: Learn how to reroute the shipment.
- UPS Mail Innovations: You can't change the shipping address after the order has shipped.
- All other carriers: Contact Google Store support and request the carrier to change the address.
