Can't create a repair order
If you get an error when you create your repair order, contact Pixel phone help. Make sure you're ready to provide your contact information and error details. It's helpful to have the IMEI. Learn how to find your Pixel phone's IMEI.

Can't find repair type
During the repair request process, select all the problems that best describe your device's condition. Depending on your region and the issues that your device is experiencing, you'll be presented with repair options for walk-in or mail-in at the end of the repair request process. If you have any questions about your repair options, contact us for support.
Partial repairs not available
We can't do partial repairs. Repairs must be completed for all of the in-warranty and out-of-warranty damages to the device. You'll be charged for out-of-warranty repairs.
Warranty for repaired devices
Repaired devices are covered by the hardware warranty. After a repair, the warranty provides coverage for the remainder of your original device warranty.

Walk-in repair partner is unable to repair the device
If a walk-in repair partner can't complete a repair because parts are unavailable or your device is beyond repair, contact Pixel phone help.
