Important: If your Pixel 4 XL has any damage that prevents Google from repairing it, like a cracked screen, the issue needs to be fixed before investigating the power-related issue. In some cases, you may pay a fee to fix the damage.
To check if your Pixel 4 XL is eligible for repair, you can bring your device to the nearest Communication Test Design (CTDI). If your phone isn't eligible for repair through the one-year extended repair programme, then you may pay a fee to repair your phone.
