You can fix some home delivery print problems without the help of a Google expert. You can easily cancel an order placed within the last two hours, track an order, request a reprint and get more help.

You can easily cancel your order within two hours of placing it.
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Photos app

- At the top, tap Create

- Under 'Past orders', select the order that you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel order.

Orders are only delivered within the estimated delivery dates. If you want to know when your order should arrive, check your tracking information and estimated delivery date.

- At the top, tap Create

- Under 'Track parcel', find your tracking number and estimated delivery.
Report a missing or damaged order
Important: Damage includes ink spots, ripped pages on photo books, high-contrast spots or banding on photo prints.
If your order didn't arrive within the expected delivery time or you received a damaged item, you can request a reprint or go to Photos support. You must be logged in to the account from which you placed the order.More you can do
