If you have problems with your photo prints or order, contact the store you ordered from.

Important: Once you place it, you can’t change or cancel an order in Google Photos. If you need to cancel an order, call the store you ordered from.

Contact the store if you have questions about:

  • Order status
  • Refunds
  • Missing prints
  • Order delays
  • Cancelled orders
  • Incorrect orders
Tip: You can't use in-store coupons or promo codes to pay for printed photos.

Check order status

After you confirm your order in the Google Photos app, you’ll receive an email with status information. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a push notification.

If you don’t receive notifications, learn how to turn them on for Android devices or iOS devices.

To check the order status of store photo prints, call the store you ordered from.
