Fix common sign-in issues
The problem may be related to your browser settings or specific account permissions if your credentials are correct but you still can't access your account.
Troubleshoot your browser
Browser issues often cause page loops or generic loading errors. Try these steps:
- Clear cache and cookies: Delete your browser's cookies and cache before trying to access Merchant Center again. Learn how to Turn cookies on or off.
- Check automatic configurations: Confirm that any automatic-configuration scripts or proxies you're using aren't blocking cookies.
Troubleshoot access errors
A "no access" error is different from a technical browser issue. It usually means your email address doesn’t have the required permissions to use the Merchant Center app or a specific account.
- Google Workspace permissions: If you encounter a "no access" error or can’t find Merchant Center in your Google apps, reach out to your designated Google Workspace administrator. They are typically your company’s IT department or the person who set up your professional email. Request that they turn on Merchant Center for your email address.
- Verify account selection: When you’re successfully logged in, ensure that you’re at the specific Merchant Center ID you intend to manage. Since a single email can be associated with multiple accounts, switch to the appropriate Merchant Center using the account switcher if necessary.
- Verify permissions: If you’ve confirmed you are using the right account but can’t find your data or use certain features, you might lack the necessary permissions. Request that an account administrator go to “Access and services” within “Settings” to assign you the appropriate user role.
