The IDP consolidates all of the relevant information you need to address issues into one interface, allowing you to effectively understand and resolve any issues with your products.

How it works
The IDP can be accessed directly from the issue cards on the“Needs attention” tab in Merchant Center. Click on an issue to bring up the IDP interface. The IDP is a dedicated page that consolidates all the information you need to understand and resolve an issue. This includes:
- Issue overview: The IDP gives you an overview of the issue, including a detailed title and description that explains the problem, its cause, and how to fix it.
- Suggested actions: The page also provides direct links to resolve the issue, such as turning on automatic improvements or appealing the decision.
- Business impact: The IDP will offer data on projected business impact as well. . This includes how the issue affects your performance, the number of impacted products, and click potential.
- Product samples: The page also gives a list of example products affected by the issue to help you with debugging.
