On the 'Billing transfers' page, you can view a table that shows the current and past payments profile and invoice setup (also known as a payments account) used by your Google Ads account, as well as any pending payment profile and invoice setup to take effect at a future date.
How to find your invoice setup
- In your Google Ads account, click the Billing icon

- Click Billing transfers.
What you’ll see
- For the invoice setup your account is currently using, you’ll see the status 'Current' in the 'Invoice setup' column of the table.
- If there’s a new invoice setup scheduled to take effect at a future date, you’ll see a notification above the table that says 'You have a billing transfer scheduled'. The new invoice setup will also show right above the current invoice setup in the table. Any active promotional credits will not be transferred after the billing transfer is complete.
- Any other invoice setups that your account has used in the past will be listed below your current invoice setup.
If you change your billing country, all promotions and promotional credits will be invalidated in line with our Terms and Conditions.
Click the links in the 'Invoice setup' column to see the billing settings, payment history and invoices associated with each invoice setup. The type of documents available, such as invoices, statements or payment receipts, depends on your payment method and billing country.
