Disconnect & delete medical records data
You can turn off medical records syncing and delete data you previously synced at any time. When you disconnect a healthcare provider, medical record syncing with that provider is turned off. New data from that provider stops flowing to the Fitbit app. Disconnecting a provider doesn’t automatically delete data from that provider which previously synced to your Fitbit account.
- To completely remove a healthcare provider and its synced data, follow the steps to disconnect and delete data from a single healthcare provider.
- To erase all medical records data from the Fitbit app, follow the steps to disconnect and delete all medical records data.
- To change or remove incorrect information in your medical records, contact your healthcare provider.
