If you use the Google Fi trial and want to continue service, you can upgrade to a full Google Fi plan. An upgrade ensures uninterrupted service and allows you to keep the trial phone number.
Convert your Google Fi trial to a paid service
When you upgrade from a Google Fi trial, it unlocks all Google Fi features. These features include international services and compatibility with more devices. If you choose not to upgrade, the trial ends automatically after 7 days or after you use 2 GB of data, whichever comes first.
- On your Android device, open the Google Fi app.
- Tap the Account tab.
- Scroll to the "Trial details" section.
- Tap Upgrade to a full plan.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to choose a Google Fi plan and provide payment information.
- After you complete the upgrade, service continues without interruption. You gain access to all the benefits and features of a full Google Fi plan.
