To customize the email sent to new users:

  1. Sign in to the Cameyo Admin console.
  2. Go to Admin > Company Settings > Advanced > Invitation Email.
  3. For Custom message (HTML), you can choose one of these options:
    1. Click Choose a file to upload an HTML file with a customized message.
    2. Click Download current message template and modify it as needed.
  4. Click Save.

Notes:

  • These settings apply to member users when you add them. These settings apply whether you add the users via the Cameyo Admin console or via API.
  • For single-app users, you can provide an authenticated URL so that they don’t have to type in any credentials when signing in. For this, you can use this syntax:

https://online.cameyo.com/apps/[app-id]/play?auth=%AuthUrl%

(where [app-id] is to be replaced with your app's ID number)

Turn off welcome emails

You can turn off welcome emails by entering "-" in the Subject line.

In this case, users don’t receive any welcome emails when you add them.
