Manage your Business Profiles in Business Home beta

Important: This feature is only available in the US.

You can monitor and manage your Business Profiles directly from Business Home, ensuring customers find the most current information for all of your locations on Google Search and Maps. With Business Home location management, you can manage your Business Profiles in many of the same ways as you already do on Search and Maps, including:

• Access your Business Profiles: Find your business locations in one place.
• Edit operating details: Update core business info, like your address, phone number, website, and hours.
• Manage business category-specific features: Customize features specific to your business type, such as editing menus, in-store product inventory, services, pickup and delivery options.
• Manage media: View your photo library and upload new photos and videos for each location.
• Engage with customers: Read and reply to customer reviews and messages.

In Business Home, you can only manage Business Profiles for one specific business or chain. It is not intended for managing multiple, unrelated businesses or chains simultaneously.

Manage your locations in Business Home

Important: Business Home is currently a closed beta experience, available only to select business categories and locales, and certain features may not be available to all businesses. You can also manage your Business Profile directly on Google Search and Maps. Learn how to find your business on Google.

1. Go to your Business Home.
2. On the side panel, select Locations .
   • If your business has multiple locations, select the profile(s) that you want to edit.
3. Select the business details you want to view or manage:
   • Select Business information to edit your business information, like address, contact info, and hours.
   • Select Reviews to read & reply to customer reviews.
   • Select Photos to view & manage your uploaded photos & videos.
   • Other options available are based on your region or business category.
4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete your edits or actions.

1. Go to your Business Home.
2. At the top right, select Help .
3. From the drop-down options, select Contact us.
