You control which apps have access to your data. This includes data in Health Connect and body sensor data collected from wearable devices such as your heart rate, skin temperature and oxygen saturation.
For health records, Health Connect uses a single-write permission to streamline data entry. It offers granular read permissions to ensure that you maintain precise control over apps which access your sensitive health information. This approach prioritises your privacy with all health records stored on your device and you decide who can access what. When third-party apps access your health records, they may make a copy of your data.
