Hi, I stumble apon this thread looking for answers to the same issue. Im starting to think I waited to late. I hade nearly 20 apps "children's games" in the app store years ago. 2018.... as time went on I moved on to other things and never bothered to update these apps after receiving many warnings. Google finally took them down. I didn't care, they where not a source of revenue, so I just ignored all the emails. Fast forward to today, I want to make games again... play around with some ideas I have. Play store says all of my old apps are removed. And I even successfully requested to have my admob account reinstated.

I received an email saying that it was reinstated but, I can not login to my admob dashboard. it has a dizzy rocket ship on the page and says "Error loading page. " I have unplublised any older apps that may have issues. I just want to start fresh with new content. I do have a Google adsense account that is in good standing also, and have no problems displaying ads on blogs and other sites. Any help is much appreciated.
