Manage Google Ad Manager invoices

This article describes how to access and manage invoices within Google Ad Manager. It is intended only for Google Ad Manager users who have access to view billing details in the account. Users who have access can use the billing summary to view payment options and amount due, and to generate or download invoices.

View or download an invoice

Administrator user role required

Requires permission

The "Billing" section of Google Ad Manager is only available to users with the "Administrator" user role, or to users with a custom role that includes the "Access Billing interface" permission.

If you aren't an administrator, you can learn more about this role and what to do next.

To access invoices:

  1. Sign in to Google Ad Manager.
  2. Click Billing, and then Invoices.
  3. Click View invoices.An example of how to view invoices in Ad Manager
  4. Make sure All invoices and memos is selected and filter by Document type.
  5. To see more details, click on the corresponding invoice number.

    To download the invoice, click the down arrow and select a PDF or CSV download.

To view more detail on invoice activities, see View transaction history.

If the invoice has been modified or the account details have been updated since the initial invoice was sent, you can regenerate the invoice by clicking Regenerate invoice with updated information.
