Buy Google Meet hardware

Google Meet hardware brings Google Meet video conferencing to any size room.

To use Meet hardware, you need a Google Workspace subscription for your organization and a Meet hardware license for each device. If you don’t already have Google Workspace, you can sign up for a free trial.

Decide which devices you need

For help deciding what devices you need for the number of people and size of the room, try our interactive room designer.

Tips:

  • To communicate between rooms, buy at least 2 devices.
  • Meet hardware kits don’t include display monitors. You’ll need to buy these separately. For help correctly sizing your display, read the Google Room design guide.
  • For large deployments, create a tracking spreadsheet with a list of conference rooms and the device you order for each room.
  • If you buy third-party peripherals such as touchscreen controllers, microphones, and cameras for your Google Meet hardware, we recommend that their compatibility is verified through the Google Meet peripheral qualification program. Learn more about compatible peripherals.
  • You can't convert Chromeboxes or Chromebases purchased with standard ChromeOS to a video conferencing system.

Where to buy devices: Meet hardware authorized resellers

Meet hardware supports English, Chinese, French, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish. If you're interested in ordering devices in a country that is not supported, contact your Google reseller.

Order Google Meet hardware

  1. Contact your preferred Google reseller, or fill out the Google reseller contact form.
  2. Complete the ordering process as instructed by your reseller.
  3. If you order Meet hardware licenses from your reseller, they may ask you for the following information so Google can set up your device licenses:
    • The name of the Google Workspace administrator who will manage the devices in the Google Admin console
    • The administrator’s phone number
    • The domain name where the devices will be used, such as example.com.
    • An email address to receive communications, including the welcome email that contains instructions to access the Admin console and manage devices. The email must use the same domain as the Meet hardware devices.
    • An alternate email address that’s in a different domain. The Admin console sign-in credentials will be sent to this email, too.
  4. If you don’t order Meet hardware licenses from your reseller, buy Meet hardware licenses. You need one for each device.
  5. Wait for your license confirmation email.

A confirmation email is sent to the administrator email address you provided during the purchase. Do not proceed until you receive this email, which indicates the number of new device licenses available to your organization.

Shipping, tracking, and billing

  • Shipping and tracking: After you place your order, your reseller will provide information about shipping and tracking.
  • Billing: our Meet hardware purchase is billed by your reseller. You’ll receive an invoice from them separate from any other Google subscriptions.
  • Questions: If you have questions about your order status or bill, contact the reseller you purchased your Meet hardware from. Refer to the contact information included with your order.

Next steps

When your devices arrive, set them up and enroll them to assign Meet hardware licenses.
