As an administrator, you can help users in your organization manage their busy schedules by assigning delegatees to handle their calls. Delegatees can answer calls on the delegator’s behalf and transfer calls selectively to them. Delegatees can also place calls on the delegator’s behalf, transfer the call to the delegator when the call is connected, and listen to the voicemail and view its transcript.
Before you begin
The assigned delegator cannot also be a delegatee, and an assigned delegatee cannot be a delegator. For more information, go to Unassign a delegator on this page.
