How do I disable guest account on YouTube

My daughter has a supervised account, but she can just click guest and watch whatever she wants. Kinda makes all you work integrating parental controls pretty stupid. 😅

Sadly that feature is not available at this time. I highly suggest going into the settings and selecting the feedback option. That way you can guarantee it will be seen by the google team. The more people that request it, the higher it goes on their priority list.

While you can't disable your guest account, a new Parent Code can keep kids from switching to another account or accessing YouTube as a signed-out viewer. You can read more here!

That is just like using YouTube instead of YouTube kids 🙄

Gust account must be controlled by the admin user of the TV or at least locked with a pass code

Its crazy out there and kids are very curious to see everything! The least thing we should do to protect them is monitor their activities and guide them to good content. How can I do that with Gust user available and very obvious!

My understanding is this code is only available for smart TVs. When will it be available for mobile devices and other systems too? You woudn't think it would be that hard. The crap my son has seen on his iPhone when signed out of his youtube account is disturbing. No wonder our kids have so many mental health issues.
