Changing currency billing of YouTube Premium.
Does a YouTube Premium subscription automatically change
over to a country specific offer once the payment method and country location
is changed in YouTube settings or do I have to cancel that subscription and re-subscribe
to YouTube Premium?

If you want to change your YouTube Premium subscription to a different country's offer, you generally need to cancel your current subscription. Then, you can subscribe in the country you desire. To do this, you need to update the payment method to one that is issued in the new country.
