Share videos and channels from your computer

Videos

You can share videos by copying the video link and sending it to another app on your phone:

Select the video you’d like to share.
Under the video player, tap Share .
Select Copy link, or select an app to share the link.

Start at: To link to a specific part of the video, navigate to the moment of the video you’d like to share and tap the share button. Toggle on the “Minute : Second” bar . For example, to start the video at 2 minutes and 30 seconds, open the Share menu and turn on the “2:30” toggle.

Channels

You can also share channels in the app.

Share channel URL

Select the channel you'd like to share.
Tap More Share .
Tap Copy link, or select an app to share the link.

Note: You can create a custom channel URL by adding your channel name to the YouTube URL.

Share channel QR code

Select the channel you’d like to share.
Tap More Share .
Tap QR Code.

Note: You can save the QR code to your device to share and scan offline.
