How payments work
Your YouTube channel accrues earnings over the course of the month. Once the month ends, your estimated earnings from the previous month may get adjusted for:
- Invalid traffic
- Content ID claims and disputes
- Certain ad campaign types (like cost-per-day campaigns)
- Taxes on earnings from US viewers
- If you're outside the US, you may also be liable to pay taxes to your country or region of residence. Learn more here or check with your local tax authorities for guidance.
