Give viewers a boutique shopping experience by sharing a collection of recommended products from your store, and if you’re in the Affiliate program, products you like from other brands too.

Collections can surface for viewers in your channel store, product lists, and video descriptions. We’ll show your most recent collection in your channel store and the most relevant collection for a viewer in product lists and video descriptions.
Make sure that you only create collections that follow our Community Guidelines.
Create a collection
Use the YouTube Studio mobile app to create a collection:
- In the bottom menu, tap Earn
.
- Tap Shopping.
- Under “Collections”, tap Create collection.
- Select and upload a cover image for your collection.
- Enter a “Title” for your collection and add a description.
- Tap
Add to search for products to include in your collection.
- You must select at least 3 products to create a collection.
- You can add up to 30 products to your collection.
- Tap
Add next to a product to include it in your collection.
- Tap and hold
Move next to a product to move it up or down the list. The order of products shown in the selection tool is how your products will be shown to viewers.
- Tap
Delete next to a product to remove it.
- Tap Done when you’re finished adding, removing, and reordering your products.
- Review the details of your collection including cover image, title, description, and products.
- Tap Publish.
Manage a collection
You can change your collection at any time with the YouTube Studio mobile app. To edit your collection:
- In the bottom menu, tap Earn
.
- Tap Shopping.
- Next to “Collections”, tap
.
- Tap the cover image of the collection that you want to change.
- Make changes to your collection.
- Tap
Add to search for products to include in your collection.
- Tap and hold
Move next to a product to move it up or down the list. The order of products shown in the selection tool is how your products will be shown to viewers.
- Tap
Delete next to a product to remove it.
- Tap your cover image to change the image for your collection.
- Tap the “Title” or “Description” boxes to edit the name or description for your collection.
- Tap
- Tap Publish.
Your shopping collection, including thumbnail, title, link, description, and products included in the collection, must comply with YouTube Community Guidelines.
Understanding collection analytics to grow your shopping business
Using collections for your channel store can help grow your earnings as you unlock insights into your curated collections with analytics in Studio Mobile. You can see how many viewers are checking out your collections, track your orders, and directly see how much you're earning from product recommendations. Where to find collection analytics
Collection analytics can be found directly within the YouTube Studio Mobile App.
- Accessing analytics: To get started, create a collection. Once you have created a collection, click
on the right. From the menu that appears, select View analytics.
- Analytics section: Within the Analytics tab, you'll be able to view your collection performance metrics.
Key metrics explained
- Collection clicks: This metric shows you how many viewers are clicking on your products when visiting your collections.
- Orders: Track the number of orders placed from your products. This metric directly reflects how your recommendations are converting into sales.
- Total sales: You can see how much revenue you're generating from your product sales.

Optimize for clicks: If your click count is low, experiment with different collection themes, product selections, and cover images to see what resonates with your audience.
