After redeeming your Creator Award, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email. In about two weeks, you should receive a shipment confirmation email from the courier once your award has shipped. Refer to your shipment confirmation email to confirm the status and delivery date of your award. Be sure to check your spam folder if you can’t find your order or shipping confirmation initially.

Don’t forget to reply to any contact made by a delivery company that requests more documentation or info from you. This may help your award pass through customs or be delivered to you.
Common issues include:
- There may be delays in the fulfillment process due to higher-than-expected redemption volumes.
- You may not have given complete or correct shipping info to permit delivery. Look out for an email from Society Awards if that’s the case.
- There may be delays in the shipping process, due to issues such as customs clearances, inclement weather, or high holiday volume.
