Releases
You can find a full list of your releases on the Releases tab on the Assets page in Studio Content Manager.
Search and filter to find releases
- Sign in to Studio Content Manager.
- From the left menu, select Assets
.
- At the top of the page, click the Releases tab.
- Click the filter bar
and choose a filter. You can choose more than one filter to refine your search. Filters include:
- UPC
- Release title
- Artist name
- Enter the value to filter by.
- Click APPLY.
To remove a filter, click Remove .
Get more info about your releases
From the Releases tab, click a release to open its Release details page. The Release details page shows:
- Overview
: For more details about the release, such as metadata, artwork, and label info.
- Art tracks
: For a list of the art tracks associated with the release.
Art tracks
You can find a full list of your art tracks on the Art tracks tab on the Assets page in Studio Content Manager.
Search and filter to find art tracks
- Sign in to Studio Content Manager.
- From the left menu, select Assets
.
- At the top of the page, click the Art tracks tab.
- Click the filter bar
and choose a filter. You can choose more than one filter to refine your search. Filters include:
- UPC
- ISRC
- Track title
- Artist name
- Video ID
- Enter the value to filter by.
- Click APPLY.
To remove a filter, click Remove .
Get more info about your art tracks
From the Art tracks tab, click an art track to open its Art track detail page. You can also open an Art track detail page by clicking Art Tracks from a release’s detail page. The Art track detail page shows:
- Overview
: For more details about the art track, such as metadata, artwork, and label info.
- Availability
: For a per availability start date and end date per territory.

Availability | The earliest date that release or art track is made available on YouTube. |
Errors | The most recent Content Delivery package for this release contains errors. |

The artist channel(s) the release or art track is associated with. |
Shorts |
On the Art Track Availability page. Indicates whether the track is allowed for YouTube Shorts. |
Status | The status of the release or art track. Possible status values include:

Edit your releases and art tracks
If your release or art track has incorrect info, there are a couple ways you can correct it:
- Request change button: The "Request change" button lets you report certain issues to YouTube directly from Studio Content Manager:
- Sign in to Studio Content Manager.
- From the left menu, select Assets
.
- At the top of the page, click the Releases or Art tracks tab.
- Click the title of a release or art track.
- On the Overview
page, click REQUEST CHANGE.
- Select a "Problem type" from the dropdown
, such as:
- Art track/Release is not associated with the desired artist channel.
- Art track is not associated with the desired music video.
- Art track/Release has the wrong primary or featured artist.
- Art track/Release has incorrect spelling, formatting, or translation.
- Art track/Release is not playable or visible as expected in product.
- Another artist's release is incorrectly appearing on my artist's channel.
- Enter the remaining details.
- Click SUBMIT.
Export your releases and art tracks
If your would like to export a list of your releases and art tracks, you can:
- Select up to 1,000 releases or up to 10,000 art tracks from the releases and art track list
- Click the “Export” button
- Select the preferred export format (Google Sheet / CSV)
- Download the export results
- Redelivery: You can change the incorrect info by redelivering the updated release or art track using a spreadsheet template or DDEX feed.
