You can use Workspace Studio inside Google Chat and Gmail to automate everyday tasks without leaving your conversation or inbox.
Access Workspace Studio
- Open the side panel: The Workspace Studio side panel helps you discover and manage your agents without leaving your conversation or your inbox. On the top right of Gmail or Google Chat, click the Workspace Studio icon to open it.
- Discover: Browse recommended agents for your current app. The simplest way to create your first agent is to pick a pre-built template from the Discover tab.
- My Agents: You can use this tab to quickly check which agents are active or turn them off. If an agent has an error, a red badge appears to notify you of the issue. Click Show me to investigate.
- Activity: Check ”Activity” to confirm your agents ran successfully. You can also investigate any errors here.
- Do more in Studio: To build more powerful agents from scratch or manage advanced settings, click Do more in Studio to open the full editor at studio.workspace.google.com.
