Workspace Studio is an AI-powered app that helps you save time by handling repetitive tasks across your Google Workspace apps. When you turn on smart features, you can:

Automate workflows with simple prompts: Use everyday language to create powerful, multi-step automations without any coding.
Run pre-built flows instantly: Get started quickly with flows like summarizing your unread emails or organizing files in Drive.
Use Gemini in your flows: Integrate Gemini to perform advanced tasks, such as drafting responses to customer emails by referencing information from a Google Doc.

Understand and turn on smart feature settings

On your computer, go to Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Chat, Google Drive, or Google Meet.
At the top right, click Settings See all settings.
Under the “General” tab, scroll to "Google Workspace smart features."
Click Manage Workspace smart feature settings.
Turn smart feature settings on:

At the bottom right, click Save.
