Explore the pages you can use to create and manage flows.
Explore the Discover page
On your computer, go to studio.workspace.google.com. This is the home page where you start. From here, you can:
- Create a flow with AI: Describe the automation you want in plain language.
- Use flow templates: Browse pre-built flows by app or use case.
- Create from scratch: Start with a blank canvas to build a custom flow.
- Discover: Click the icon to return to the Discover page at any time.
- Open your flows: Get a list of all the flows you've created.
Use the flow editor
Once you start your creation of a flow, you arrive at the editor. You can use it to:
- Go back: Return to your list of flows.
- Rename your flow: Click the name to edit it.
- Check activity: Get a history of your flow runs.
- Share: Get a link to share your flow with others.
- Copy or delete: Make a copy or permanently delete the flow.
- Add a variable: Use data from a previous step.
- Manage a step: Delete or change the order of a step.
- Add a step: Add another step to your flow.
- Test run and turn it on: Test and activate the flow so it can run.
Review your flow's activity
After you create a flow, you can review its activity on the activity page. To go to the activity page, click My flows Activity. From here, you can:
- Filter runs: Find only flows that are completed, in progress, or have errors.
- Refresh the list: Get the most up-to-date activity.
- Collapse details: Hide the individual steps of a run.
- Get the start time: Know when the flow starts.
- Open the editor: Make changes to the flow.
- Expand details: Show all the steps of a specific run.
