You can now check out with eligible U.S. retailers right from certain product listings on Google in AI Mode in Search. This new checkout experience helps you buy confidently and securely with Google Pay using your payment and shipping information in Google Wallet.

Important:
- This feature is only available for signed in 18+ users in the US, in English.
- This functionality is beginning to roll out with eligible merchants with some restrictions in the types of products it will work with, including those that require ID verification like alcohol or tobacco, and digital goods products that require customization or special delivery requirements. We'll continue to expand product availability in the coming months.
- This functionality is available on desktop and mobile devices.
How this feature works
When you find a product you like in AI Mode on Search, click on it to check product details and prices from various merchants.
- When you select the desired option (such as color, size, format), eligible products will show the "Buy" button.
- Google will ask you to confirm the payment details and shipping address to place the order.
- After you’ve made a purchase, track your orders and find order details in AI Mode.
- At the top right of your browser, select your Profile picture or Initial.
- Select My orders.
- Any post-purchase follow ups such as order confirmation emails will come directly from the merchant.
Tip: Your purchase is made directly with the merchant. The order transaction will show up on your credit card statement under the merchant name you purchased the product from.

Important: For all purchases, the merchant handles your payment, shipping, returns, and customer support.
Find and track your orders

On your computer, go to google.com, you must be signed in to a personal Google Account.
- At the top right, click your Profile picture or Initial.
- Go to My orders.
- You can also go to My orders.
- Click any order to find details:
- Order ID
- Order status
- Processing
- Shipped
- Delivered
- Merchant information
- Order total and payment method used
Get help with an order
- On your computer, go to My orders.
- Click on the order you need help with to find order details.
- Go to the merchant website customer support page.
Understand common error messages in the order confirmation page
If you get a "Something went wrong" error message:
- Go to My orders.
- If you find your order, there's no further action needed.
- If your order isn't on My orders, check your email for confirmation from the merchant.
- If there’s no email confirmation from the merchant (expect some time lag between order placement and email confirmation), then the order wasn't placed.
- Go to the merchant’s site to place the order.
