Drop of impressions, indexing issues for the new website

Question

I am concerned about indexing the website in Google Search as currently there is an issue and the website is not indexed. We checked our website technical part several times, including robots txt, sitemaps, redirects, canonicals, etc. and everything seems to work perfectly. However, the website does not appear in Google search and Google Search Console shows contradictory data, which allows to conclude that the website pages are not indexed correctly.

Please refer to the following:
 -  the impressions for the website have suddenly dropped down after 20th of March. As of today they are not restored.
 -  Google cannot perform a live test of any URL of my website. It always says the following: "the URL can be indexed if certain conditions are met". Please note that this message appears towards ALL URLs.
 -  Google fetched the sitemap, however it cannot discover any pages in it. Moreover, the button 'see indexed pages' remains inactive inside the sitemap. I was trying to submit the sitemap again and again, but the mistake is the same every time.
There is a problem with indexation of pages of the website. The pages do not appear on Google Search.

Hi there, sorry to hear about the problem. Without the URL it makes it difficult for us to observe and provide useful feedback. Could you assist us?
Impressions can drop at any time and is not unusual. there is no guarantee they will rise. There can be problems with robots.txt, noindex tags and other challenges that can be the result, among other reasons.
