Does anyone have any insight on why I can’t click on the road alert icons? The entire point of this app and why it is (or was) superior to Apple and Google maps is the feature to be able to chat on traffic icons. This feature is extremely helpful during my commute when there are accidents because normally, people will add on the map chat what lanes are blocked or where traffic is backing up and for the last few months, this is not possible while my car is running, rendering this feature completely pointless and by proxy, this app since it’s no different than any other at this point. I’ve played with settings both in the app and on my iPhone(14), I’ve re-downloaded the app, I’ve searched endlessly online to no avail. I’m going to be bummed if this feature doesn’t change because I may as well use stupid Siri at this point.
