Beacons health report key terms
| Term | Description |
| Faulty beacons | The beacons aren't working and can't send a signal. |
| Low battery beacons | The beacons send a signal, but the battery is running low. |
| Healthy/working beacons | The beacons work and send a signal as expected. |
| Tunnel name | The name of the tunnel where the beacons are installed. |
| Tube name | The specific section or direction within a tunnel. |
| Health percentage |
The percentage shows the overall working status of a tube. It's calculated based on the combined statuses of all beacons in the tunnel or tube. |
| Voltage |
The battery level used to check if a beacon is healthy. The report groups health into these ranges:
|
| Long tube | A tube with more than 6 beacons. |
| Short tube | A tube with 6 or less beacons. |
Identify faulty tubes
- Open your Beacons Health Report
- Find the "Health Percentage" column
Tip:
- If the value is 69% or under, it means there are multiple faulty or low battery beacons in your tube. We recommend you replace them to keep location services running and prevent navigation issues for drivers.
- Find the beacons you need to replace in the "Faulty beacons" column.
