Why do I need to switch to a different account when I click on the invite email to join the Hub?
Waze partners use email addresses to control which individuals have access to their profile on the Waze Partner Hub. Logging into the Partner Hub requires you to use a Waze account that was invited to that partner, using the email address associated with your Waze account.

The reason you’re seeing this is that you are logged in to Waze with a different account than the one used to invite you to the Hub. For example, you're logged in with your personal account, rather than your work account which is the one joining this partner's profile on the Partner Hub.

Why do I get an error message when I try to draw a polygon?
Possible reasons:
- Polygon is self-intersecting - make sure no overlaps exist
- Polygon is not closed - make sure you connect the line all the way back to the first vertex
- Polygon is too large - try to reduce the covered area. You can always add more polygons later.
