Using Waze in your car? Follow the steps below on your phone. If you're using CarPlay, make sure to disconnect your phone first.
- Open Waze
- Tap
- Tap Help and feedback
- Tap Report an issue
- Select the topic and sub-topic related to your issue. One or more common solutions will appear.
If you still need help, you can contact Waze support:
- Tap Submit a ticket at the bottom of the screen
- Describe your issue. If you're using an in-car system, select "The issue appears on my In-Car system", then your in-car system type.
- If you have any screenshots, tap Add to include them
- Tap Submit
