View & track your online orders in Google Wallet

Important: This feature is currently only available in the US.

To view and track your online orders in Google Wallet, you must first enable settings in Gmail. Learn more on how to add items from Gmail..

When enabled, Google Wallet automatically pulls order information from your Gmail. This lets you view your online orders in Google Wallet for supported merchants, which may include detailed receipts, tracking numbers, and shipping status.

View your orders

On the Google Wallet app

Orders that are arriving soon will be displayed on the homescreen. To view all your orders:

  1. Open the Google Wallet app .
  2. Tap View more.
    • Orders arriving today or in transit will be shown at the top.
  3. Tap View more transactions.
    • You may be asked to verify it’s you.
  4. To filter your online orders, tap Orders.
  5. Find and tap your order.

Tip: To search for an order, open the Google Wallet app and then tap View more and then tap the search bar and enter a keyword.

 

On the Google Wallet website

  1. Go to the Google Wallet website.
  2. On the left, click Transactions.
    • You may be asked to verify it’s you.
  3. To filter your online orders, click Orders.
  4. Find and click your order.

Track a package

Important: Package tracking must first be enabled in Gmail settings. Package tracking provides detailed carrier updates only for participating carriers in the US.

On the Google Wallet app

  1. Open the Google Wallet app .
  2. Tap View more.
  3. Tap View more transactions.
    • You may be asked to verify it’s you.
  4. Find and tap your order.
    • Tap and hold to copy your tracking or order number.
  5. Tap Track Package to be redirected to the carrier’s website for detailed tracking information.
    • If your order has multiple shipments, your items and tracking details may be split.

 

On the Google Wallet website

  1. Go to the Google Wallet website.
  2. On the left, click Transactions.
    • You may be asked to verify it’s you.
  3. Find and click your order.
  4. Click Track package to be redirected to the carrier’s website for detailed tracking information..
    • If your order has multiple shipments, your items and tracking details may be split.

Remove an order

Removing an online order from Google Wallet removes the transaction in Wallet, but does not delete it from your Gmail inbox.

On the Google Wallet app

  1. Open the Google Wallet app .
  2. Tap View more.
  3. Tap View more transactions.
    • You may be asked to verify it’s you.
  4. Find and tap your order.
  5. Tap the trash icon.
  6. To confirm, tap Remove.

 

On the Google Wallet website

  1. Go to the Google Wallet website.
  2. On the left, click Transactions.
    • You may be asked to verify it’s you.
  3. Find and click your order.
  4. Click the trash icon.
  5. Click Remove.

Fix issues

Order is missing

If an order is missing in Wallet, check the following:

  • This feature is currently only available in the US.
  • A large number of the top US merchants are supported, but not all merchants. If the order is from a smaller merchant or merchant is not from the US, it may not be displayed in Wallet.
  • To view online orders in Wallet, you must enable settings in Gmail.
  • Google Wallet pulls order information from your Gmail. Orders not associated with your Gmail will not be displayed.
Order or receipt information is not correct

Important: If there are issues with your order, reach out directly to the merchant.

Google Wallet displays order information from your Gmail. You should refer to the merchant receipt to verify the transaction and order details. To view your email receipts in Wallet:

On the Google Wallet app

  1. Open the Google Wallet app .
  2. Tap View more.
  3. Tap View more transactions.
    • You may be asked to verify it’s you.
  4. Find and tap your order.
  5. Tap View email receipt.

 

On the Google Wallet website

  1. Go to the Google Wallet website.
  2. On the left, click Transactions.
    • You may be asked to verify it’s you.
  3. Find and click your order.
  4. Click View email receipt.
Order has not been delivered

If the status bar has been stuck in transit for an extended period of time and you have not received your order, review your Gmail inbox to see if other updates have been provided by the merchant. If you still have questions, reach out to the merchant directly to ask about the order.

Return my order or get a refund

Google Wallet does not issue refunds. Contact the merchant directly to return an item or request a refund.
