Switching from a personal to a 360 Suite Home account

1. Log in to Google Surveys.
2. Toggle to your Surveys 360 profile by clicking the building icon:

Click the building icon next to Surveys 360

If you don't see the Surveys 360 bar above, check the following:

The profile is logged into the email you added to the Suite Organization master account.
Ensure that "Personal accounts" is not selected in organization switcher next to your avatar.
Your Surveys URL should contain your organization ID.

Note

Suite Home account URLs contain an organization ID:

https://surveys.google.com/your-surveys?org=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Personal account URLs look like this:

https://surveys.google.com/your-surveys?org=personal
