Within 7 days after you receive your new device, Cashify arranges an in-person exchange appointment to inspect your old device. You don’t need to ship your exchange device.
Transfer the data from your old drive to the new device when it arrives.
Important: Do not factory reset your old device. Cashify needs to run device diagnostics.
- If you already factory reset the device, Cashify will ask you to log into your device and download the Cashify app to run diagnostics during the pickup.
- After Cashify has inspected your old device and offered a final exchange value, you can factory reset the device if you complete the exchange.
