When you buy a new Pixel device, you can get credit when you trade in your old device through Google Store. Trade-in through Google Store is available in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Trade-ins can only be added during checkout. Trade-ins can’t be added to a Google Store order after you checkout.

Add an exchange to your device purchase
Choose your Pixel device
- Go to Google Store.
- Choose a Pixel device.
- Select Buy.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to choose your new device’s:
- Color
- Storage space, if applicable
Check estimated value for the exchange
Important:
- You can’t change your old device’s info after checkout, so choose carefully.
- Any differences between the info you provided and your device’s actual model and condition can impact the device’s exchange value.
- To enter your exchange details, select Get Estimate.
- Only one exchange is allowed per order.
- Enter your postal code.
- Your postal code determines device eligibility.
- Select Apply.
- Provide your old device’s details.
- If you don't find your device’s manufacturer, model, or storage size on the list, it's ineligible for exchange.
- The initial estimated exchange value is based on the info you provide about your device. It includes an exchange bonus.
- The final exchange value is based on the inspection of your old device.
- Enter your old device’s IMEI number.
- Select Apply.
Add your exchange device
- Select Add exchange.
- The estimate is valid for 60 days after you receive your new device.
- When you add an exchange, you consent to share your data with Cashify and agree to Cashify’s Terms & Conditions.
- To add the new device to your cart, select Add to cart.
- Continue shopping or select Go to cart.
- To complete your order and get ready to exchange your device, choose your payment method.
- Select Proceed to buy.

Important: Once you confirm your order, the phone number, postal code, and address you provided during checkout will be used by our exchange partner, Cashify, to schedule your device pickup appointment. These details cannot be changed after your order is confirmed. Make sure they are accurate to avoid any delays with your exchange.

- After your order is confirmed, you'll get a confirmation email with exchange instructions.
- If you add an exchange at checkout and don’t get an exchange confirmation email within 24 hours, contact the Google support team.
