When you buy a new Pixel device, you can get credit when you trade in your old device through Google Store. Trade-in through Google Store is available in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Trade-ins can only be added during checkout. Trade-ins can’t be added to a Google Store order after you checkout.

How to add a trade-in to your device purchase
- Go to the Google Store.
- Choose a Pixel device.
- Select Buy.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to choose your new device's:
- Color
- Storage size, if applicable
- To enter your trade-in details, select Get Estimate.
- To check the estimated value for the trade-in, provide your old device’s details:
- If you don't find your device’s manufacturer, model, or storage size on the list, it's not eligible for trade in.
- You can’t change your trade-in device’s info after checkout.
- The initial estimated value is based on the info you provide. The final trade-in value is based on inspection after your old device is received. Any differences from the info you provide and your device’s actual condition may impact the device’s final trade-in value.
- Before you can proceed, you must check:
- I agree to share a picture of my photo ID and take a selfie after checkout.
- I accept the PCS Wireless trade-in programme Terms and Conditions.
- To add your trade-in device, select Add trade-in.
- The estimate is valid for 30 days after you receive your new device.
- To add the new device to your cart, select Add to basket.
- Continue to shop or select Go to basket.
- To complete your order and get ready to trade in your device, choose your payment method.
- Select Proceed to Checkout.
- Once your order is confirmed, you'll get a confirmation email with further trade-in instructions.
- If you add a trade-in at checkout and don’t get a trade-in confirmation email within 24 hours, contact our support team.
