"Waiting to receive an old device"
You received this message because your device wasn't received by Google.
To track your trade-in device:
- Go to your Google Store "Order history" page.
- Select View or edit order of the order linked to your trade-in device.
- Select View trade-in details.
- Under "Step 3 Waiting to receive old device," select Track your old device.
- This helps to check your old device’s tracking information on the delivery carrier’s website.
Tip: If the delivery carrier’s website shows your trade-in device is delayed or lost in transit, contact Google Store Support.
