Understand why packages are returned to the warehouse because delivery carriers can’t deliver them.
Find out why your package was returned to the warehouse
Packages are returned to the warehouse when:
-
You refuse a delivery.
-
Nobody is present to sign for a delivery that needs a signature.
-
Your shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.
-
You request the package to be held for pickup at a delivery carrier location but you don’t pick it up in time.
-
Your cancellation request was processed after the package was shipped.
If you get an email that says your package was returned to the warehouse, contact Google Store Support. You’ll get a refund that includes shipping fees and tax. Learn more about why Google canceled your order.
