The Google retail store sells some of the same items you can buy on the online Google Store and Google official merch shop. Purchases at the Google retail store are subject to availability.

Manage refunds & returns
- If you want to return or exchange an item you bought at the Google retail store: For the terms and conditions, go to returns on the Google Store.
- If you bought an item at the Google retail store with cash and want a refund: You can go to the Google retail store to get your refund in cash.
- You'll get your refund in Store credit when you return your Google Store purchase.
Get onsite repair
You can get your device repaired at a Google retail store if you have a hardware issue with your Pixel phone, such as:
- A broken screen
- Charging problems
- A phone that won't turn on

Before you go to the Google Store, troubleshoot your device:
- If your phone won't turn on or is frozen: To force a restart, press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time for 30 seconds.
- If your phone freezes or glitches:
- To check if a third-party app has caused the problem, restart your phone in Safe Mode.
To enter Safe Mode, press and hold the Power button. When the animation starts, press and hold the Volume down button until the phone restarts.
- At the bottom of the screen, you’ll find "Safe mode."
If your troubleshoot didn't work, you can schedule an appointment. Before you go to the Google Store:
- Find your phone's IMEI number, which is usually in the SIM tray.
- Check its warranty status online.
- To check on parts availability and estimated repair times, contact the store beforehand.
- To schedule an appointment, go to the store locations page.
Tip: If a Google retail store isn't convenient, you can review mail-in repair options or find other authorized repair partners.
Trade in your old phone
To trade in for a new Pixel phone, you can bring your old phone to the Google retail store. The store assesses your phone and gives you a quote for trade-in credit. When you buy your new phone, the store applies the credit to the retail price.
